Itinerary
Day 01 – Arrive at Guwahati
Tourists arrive at Guwahati late night through airways or railways as per their convenience. Upon arrival at Guwahati, our representatives will meet and assist you to continue the Assam Wildlife Tour. Later you are moved to the hotel and check in details are fulfilled by the tour representatives.
Day 02 – Guwahati – Kaziranga National Park
Have a hearty breakfast and later continue your drive to visit Kaziranga National Park. On the way to visit the place which is shrouded with low lying fields along with tea estates and coconut palms, small villages and forests capped hills. The Kaziranga National Park in 1908 was declared as a game sanctuary as it was one of the places that preserve the one horned Rhinoceros. Besides these you will find the Bison, Wild Buffalo, Swamp Deer, Hoolock Gibbon, Hog Deer, Elephants, Tiger, Wild pig, Sambar and many more. As tourists are not allowed to roam late in the evenings, they are requested to get back to the resort arranged near the park. One will enjoy a delicious dinner arranged in buffet system along with overnight staying facilities.
Day 03 – Kaziranga National Park
Enjoy your breakfast and later drive to the park again to experience the elephant ride. Elephant safari at Kaziranga National park helps the tourist to get close to the Assam wildlife. While riding on the elephant safari, you can watch animals such as Tigers, Bison, Elephants, Deer and many more. Return back to the resort in the evening and enjoy your free time. Later Fire camp activity is arranged by the tour, so that you relax from the day tour. Enjoy a delicious dinner arranged in Buffet system which includes regional food items. Overnight staying facilities are arranged in camp style.
Day 04 – Kaziranga National Park – Nameri National Park
Have a delicious breakfast and later drive towards the river Brahmaputra by boat to view cute little Dolphins. After visiting this place, continue your wildlife tour to Nameri National Park. The park is sited near the Tezpur village of Assam covered with wild dense forests located on the eastern Himalayan region. It’s thick & evergreen forests and off course enchanting rivers offers exquisite natural beauty. Get acquainted with animals such as Elephant, Tiger, Pangolin, Leopard, Civet Cat, Indian Wild cat, Jackal, Wild Boar, Barking Deer and Capped Langur. Besides this wildlife, you will love to watch different bird’s species such as Winged Duck, Scarlet Minivet, Hornbill, Ibisbull, Collared Falconet and many more.
Day 05 – Nameri National Park – Orang Wildlife Sanctuary
Disembark from Nameri National Park and later drive to Orang Wildlife Sanctuary early morning. On the way to Orang Sanctuary, halt at the hotel for breakfast. Orang is actually a mini Kaziranga which is located on the northern part of Brahmaputra river which covers 72 sq. km of area. The Orang Park is famous for its natural picturesque covered in its laps. The major attraction of the park is tigers, one horned rhino, Rhesus Macaque, Indian Pangolin, Blind Gangetic Dolphin, Indian Fox, Bengal Porcupine, Fishing cats, Otter and Leopard Cats. Return back to the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge along with overnight staying facilities.
Day 06 – Orang Wildlife Sanctuary – Dibrugarh
Have a hearty breakfast at Orang Lodge and later drive to Dibrugarh. As soon as you enter the village, you will be mesmerizing with the aroma and sounds of Assam tea plantation. Explore various places such as different types of tea plantations in Assam. Stroll down the valleys and hillocks which offer exquisite natural beauty of the state. Return back to the lodge and enjoy dinner and overnight staying facilities.
Day 07 – Dibrugarh
Have a hearty breakfast and later visit tea factories of Assam, in order to get some knowledge about the making of refreshing tea. Later visit nearby gardens of coffee plantation as well. Meet local people of the state and get acquainted with their lifestyle, culture and tradition. Enjoy your dinner served in authentic Indian style that includes Assamese cuisines. Overnight staying facilities are arranged.
Day 08 – Dibrugarh – Namdapha National Park
Early morning have your breakfast and later drive to Namdapha National Park. On the way to the park you will halt at Tinsukia for lunch. Upon arrival at the national park, tourists assist and meet our representatives. Later you are moved to the lodge and all check in formalities will be completed by the tour. Enjoy your dinner and overnight staying facilities at the Namdapha camp.
Day 09 – Namdapha National Park
Have a hearty breakfast at the camp and later get ready to enjoy the elephant ride at the Namdapha National park. Activities such as angling are practiced in the park, so one can get a thrilling experience on the wildlife tour. Sightseeing of the park after your lunch and rest of the evening is at leisure. Return back to the lodge have your dinner and sleep well on your cozy beds arranged by the tour at the Namdapha Park.
Day 10 – Namdapha National Park – Dibrugarh
Leave for Namdapha National park early in the morning to Dibrugarh airport or railway station for departure. Tour ends here with enchanting and thrilling experience during the Assam wildlife tour.
