Then go to the Buddhi Chanderi or Old Chanderi, which is referred to as Buddhi. This is a region that is visited by many Jains annually and there are a good many temples of the Jains here which go back to the times of the 9th and the 10th century.

The Badal Mahal Main Gate is also a great attraction and this is one gate which does not have a Mahal and was mainly built to commemorate a victory.

Go to the Jama Masjid here and experience the sights of the colonnades and the domes which are possibly the best mosque structures in this part of the world.

The Shehzadi ka Rauza is also another great land with the best arches and the most mesmerizing geometrical designs.

Then you have the Battisi Bavdi which has a flight of around 32 steps and the Thruvanji which is a place with many Jain temples.

Chanderi is reached very easily air and rail as Gwalior is the nearest airport and railhead. Besides it is approachable by road too.
