Itinerary

Day 1: Jaipur – Haridwar

Today we leave for Haridwar from Jaipur by train. It is an overnight train journey to Haridwar

Day 2: Arrive Haridwar and Haridwar Sightseeing

In the morning we reach Haridwar and you are transferred to the hotel/Dharmashala. Post breakfast and lunch, we set out for a Haridwar sightseeing and visit places like Har-ki-Pauri, Mansa Devi temple, Chandi Devi temple, Maya Devi temple, Bharat Mata Mandir, and Daksheswara Mahadev Mandir. Back to hotel/Dharmashala for dinner and night stay.

Day 3: Haridwar- Syanachatti 230kms; 8hrs approx

Post breakfast we leave for Barkot from where we head towards Syanachatti. Lunch is served en route. On reaching check into the hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 4: Syanachatti – Jankichatti – Yamunotri – Syanachatti 32kms drive; 6kms trek

The next day early in the morning we drive to Jankichatti; the Yamunotri trek base camp. From Jankichatti we trek towards Yamunotri Dham. On reaching we pay a Darshan at the temple and take a holy dip in River Yamuna. After Darshan, we return to Syanachatti for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Syanachatti – Uttarkashi 85kms; 5hrs approx

The next day after breakfast we leave for Uttarkashi or ‘Kashi of North’; a scenic town set along River Bhagirathi’s banks. On reaching check into the hotel for dinner and a night’s stay.

Day 6: Uttarkashi – Gangnani – Gangotri – Uttarkashi 100kms

The next day we leave for Gangotri Dham early in the morning and en-route visit the Gangnani sulfur springs. Post-visit we head straight towards Gangotri. After paying Darshan at the temple of the river Goddess, we drive back to Uttarkashi for dinner and a night’s stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Uttarkashi – Guptakashi 205kms; 10hrs

Post breakfast we drive to Guptakashi; a place where Lord Shiva is said to hide in order to elude the Pandavas. On reaching check into the hotel for dinner and a night’s stay.

Day 8: Guptakashi – Gauri Kund – Kedarnath 32kms of drive and 14kms of trek

Next day early morning we drive towards Gaurikund; the Kedarnath trek base camp. On reaching Gaurikund, we bathe in the Gaurikund spring and then start our trek towards Kedarnath. On reaching check into the hotel and later proceed to attend the evening Aarti at the temple of Kedarnath and then visit the Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi located just behind the Kedarnath shrine. After Darshan back to the hotel for dinner and a night’s stay.

Day 9: Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Uttarkashi

The next day after attending morning Aarti at Kedarnath, we trek back to Gaurikund and then drive back to Uttarkashi. On reaching retire to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 10: Uttarkashi – Badrinath

The next day early morning we hit the road for Badrinath Dham. On reaching check into the hotel and later proceed to pay a Darshan at the temple of Badrinath. Before visiting the temple you may bathe at the Tapt Kund. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 11: Badrinath – Rudraprayag 155kms of drive

The next day we drive to Rudraprayag from Badrinath after partaking in the morning Aarti at Badrinath temple. Rudraprayag is also a holy site as it is one among the ‘Panch Prayag’. On reaching check into the hotel for dinner and a night’s stay.

Day 11: Rudraprayag – Haridwar 155kms of Drive

The next day we depart for Haridwar. On reaching we drive straight to the station from where we board an overnight train to Jaipur.

Day 12: Arrive Jaipur

Arrive at Jaipur in the morning. Our representative sees you off at Jaipur station and you depart for your onward journey back home with lots of happy memories of this incredible Chardham tour.
